Back on track

Hotel wod in NYC.  Still feeling very tired but I thought that I getting in the gym and moving would be a good antidote.  My logic may seem rather flawed but sometimes I find the spark when I get my heart rate up.  Today was not one of those days.  

3 rounds of 
50 air squats
40 sit-ups
30 push-ups
20 burpees
10 ground to OH - 45lb DB snatch

Fairly consistent from round to round.  

Total time 20:09
