Barbell warmup 

A1 Hang Squat Clean

15 burpees

Round 1 - 56 sec thought I was done so I stopped and Brendon who was my judge started yelling you have one more rep.   That cost me 2-3 seconds. 
Round 2. - 54 sec
Round 3. - 58 sec
Round 4. - 60 sex
Round 5. - 64 sec 

This was very hard.  We had a 2-3 minute break but it felt shorter as you had to count for your partner while they were going.   I thought I was either going to puke or sh**t my pants or both while I was rolling around the ground in pain.
