Battling the chest cold and the WOD

Behind the neck split jerks

Woke up at 5:30am wide awake.  Did a little work and some things around the house and decided that since I was up I might as well go to Craic and just pace myself through the wods.  Jack Daly was in the house which was nice as I have n't trained with him in months.  Ann and Potash was there as well so it was good to have the masters rolling hard.

Practiced this one with the opposite foot going backwards to try and save/protect my foot.
