I was feeling a bit worn out before I went to Toronto and by the 2nd day I was there I was sick. Nothing super bad but having a hacking cough is super annoying and doesn't make it easy to sleep. Given its hard to breathe sitting at my desk I figured a high intensity workout at Craic might not be such a good idea. So two days off and I will see how I feel on Saturday. I might blow off the advance class and take the opportunity to sleep in tomorrow.
