Still dragging

Even though I didn't drink at the party last night the lack of sleep is really slowing my recovery down. I'm still feeling shot from yesterday's wod even though I didn't really set the world on fire.

Bench Press @135
Pull-ups.
All exercises with light : medium weight. 3 sets! Reps are until you feel burn in target area or required reps . This is not a timed WOD.

Good to just get my body moving before I get back on a plane to go to Pittsburgh.
