Rest- Travel - Recovery
So i spent the weekend exhausted which happens whenever I get sick. My energy level has been completely depleted and just a few hours after getting out of bed I fell asleep reading the newspaper on Sunday. Monday was a washout as well. Now its Tuesday evening and I am on my way to San Francisco. I packed 3 days of workout clothes but I am not optimistic I will have the energy to turn it around on limited sleep. Its going to be a tough two weeks before we head to Rome.
