Just Rowing

Spent the day totally immersed in chores around the house.   The next thing I know its almost 9:30 so I needed to get out and do at a minimum 4k of rowing to stay on track with the Concept 2 challenge.

I did the 1st wod of the Dark Horse Rowing  Competition.

Set your monitor for Intervals time --> 1:00 work --> 0:00 rest 

Row as follows:
Min 1: 16spm
Min 2: 17spm
Min 3: 18spm
Min 4: 19spm
Min 5: 20spm
Min 6: 22spm
Min 7: 24spm
Min 8: 26spm
Min 9: 28spm
Min 10: 30spm

Score is the total distance rowed in the 10 mins work. Damper / drag factor - your choice

I followed with Fish Game but it shut off at 2 minutes.

Then 5 minutes - 1 min on 1 min off
