“Me and My Buddy”
3 Rounds For Time:
20-Front Squats w/ buddy
200m-Overhead Run w/ buddy
20-Push-ups Alt. Hands on Buddy
20-One Legged Ball Slams (10 each)
20-Wallballs
Forced 1:00 Rest
My buddy = Medicine ball

On paper this looked straightforward and not too bad.  Add a 30lb med ball and it changes the game completely. 

Round 1 - 6:30
Round 2 - 7:09
Round 3 - 8:28

You see how the wheels came off in the 3rd round?  I seem to be missing that extra gear.
