Saturday Morning Beatdown @Florian

Any hope that things would  would get back to normal now that the OPENs  are over & we would resume our informal Masters WOD before the 9am class came crashing to a halt when Jarrod posted that the "Advanced Class" class time starts at 7 and will finish between 830-900a every week unless otherwise posted. Huge Bummer,

Opted to go over to Florian with Rob P as they had a great Workout planned and I enjoy training with their athletes.  Im still struggling to regain any form of fitness.  Still have what I would describe as a "post Fran cough" and absolutely no gears other than first.

Rows - tried to go under 1:50 pace every round.  Wall balls were good but not unbroken.  I think that in order to have a really good score everything needs to go unbroken.
