Barbara

Back at it after a week plus layoff with a brutal chest cold.  Still not 100% but decided to wod with the Masters.  I sent a few ideas to the group last night and of course they all gravitated to Barbara.  We had a solid turnout for the 8 o'clock it's not a class group including: Steve M., Eric Klein, Susie Diesel, Rob Potash, Ian Loring and Anthony.

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Round 1- 3:32
Round 2 - 3:34
Round 3 - 4:37
Round 4 - 4:21
Round 5 - 6:12
34:16 - 12 = 22:16 of work
