Modified Highball Stinger plus Double Under - Swings

 Its odd that I go to the home now and have to think about what I will do. I have been looking at the WODs that CFNE has programmed for its competitors and choose a few from their page.  The first workout was going to be a good challenge for me.  The HSPU's had me worried and the weights were going to be heavy.  I changed the last movement from Thrusters at 135 to Snatches.  Probably should have left it at 135lbs.


Variation of “Highball Stinger”
Every 10 Minutes
3 Rounds For Time:
8 Deadlifts (275)
8 Handstand Push Ups.
Time -  3:37
Then:
3 Rounds For Time:
6 Power Clean (185)
6 Handstand Push Ups
Time - 6:34
Then:
3 Rounds For Time:
4 Power Snatch 115
4 Handstand Push Ups
Time - 5:24

Rest

For time of the following:
100 double unders
30 swings @ 53 lbs
100 double unders
20 swings @ 53 lbs
100 double unders
10 swings @ 53 lbs
Time 11:14

Happy with the effort across the board.  I was getting big sets of double unders so they have improved.
