Drills and WOD

Repeat of a few days ago of Snatch Balance work.  Just trying to work on my speed.   Really focusing on not having my chest lean forward on the down portion.

Box Jumps

The first 3 rounds of box jumps were good but then i had to mix in some step downs.  Not acceptable.  Need to do 3x10 unbroken work.  Box jumps need to be addressed so they dont let me down.
