Sweatfest Saturday - "60 Minutes"

I saw this wod on the web somewhere this week and thought that looks challenging and immediately posted it to Craic Masters.  The comments confirmed that we had to do it. 

Good Turnout:  Mammone, Anthony, Mahoney,  Dennis O and Tom G who did his own WOD. 

For time:
400m run
20 Burpees
400m run
19 Burpees
400m Run
18 Burpees
etc, etc, etc...until...
400m run 1 Burpee
*Time cap is 60 minutes.

I subbed in 500m Row for the run because of my foot.  It was one of the longest wods I have done in forever.

At the 60 minute mark I was 490meters in the 2 rep round.   I kept going and finished in 63:02!

10k Row - 42:12.7 pace was 2:06.5

Will need to do this again.
