Double 12 minutes or so WODs


Gym was wicked cold when I started
Wod 1
For time: 50 Calorie Row
40 Deads, 175/125  Did 225lbs
30 Box Jumps, 24/20
20 Front Squats, 175/125


This was harder than I expected it to be. Especially the Deadlifts after the row.  Box jumps were fine.  Went 15 - 5 on Front Squarts
