Fight Gone Bad

Fight Gone Bad

It's been a long time since I have done this wod.  It's a good long interval wod.  Need to add this to my programming more frequently.  Fun to do with Susie and Anthony.  A good test of my leg with the wall balls and SDHP.  It held up well. 

"Fight Gone Bad!"

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)


266 reps  

Not my best not my worst.  


Added in 175 burpees
