Single Workout

This is the first Sunday in two months that I only have 1 workout scheduled.   At first I thought I must be reading the schedule wrong, but with the phase change we are down to one moving forward.

All Overhead straight thru, using Push jerks.  All rounds of muscle ups straight thru except of 3rd round 3 and 1.   Messed up my timer and had to content with a large class setting up for their wod.   time is aprox 8:21.
