Train like Mike WOD

Tried to go to Crossfit.  No Uber or Lyft so Hotel WOD again

30 Rounds for Time: 30 Min EMOM  

3 deadlifts
2 squat cleans
1 jerk

*Pick your own weight

Did 50lbs DB's and added 5 V-Ups for the first 15 rounds.
