16.2 Crossfit Open



“Open 16.2”
Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
15 squat cleans, 135 / 85 lb.


If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
13 squat cleans, 185 / 115 lb.


If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
11 squat cleans, 225 / 145 lb.

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
9 squat cleans, 275 / 175 lb.


If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
7 squat cleans, 315 / 205 lb.

Stop at 20 minutes.
Round 1 - took me about 3:15 so I got 45 seconds of t2b done which was 10 or 15
Round 2 - Got to the bar with about a 1:40 to go. Didnt expect to get through all the reps at 185. Then when I was getting close I knew If I picked up my pace I could do it. Got them!

Now I was completely gassed and i just stood for what seemed like forever looking at the bar. I should have just done a bunch of singles instead of trying to completely recover. That was a mistake.
Got through the 25 T2Bs now I had plenty of time for the double unders so I took my time. Kept messing up but still had time. Got on a run. 3 two go now I had to go - got 2 and then tripped. One more but after the time. Not sure I could have gotten the clean but would have liked a shot.

2 Rounds plus 74 reps.  252 reps
