Decided that it would be a bad idea to do a lot of KBS so skipped class and went to open gym. After a lot of warm up and mobility work decided to do this simple couplet.
10 min Amrap
30 Double Unders
15 G2O @75lbs
5 Rounds 26 reps.
Used Clean and Press for first 3 rounds. Went to a power snatch in the last 2 rounds. Probably should have from the beginning. Double Unders were no issue. Great to do this just for fun and not pulverizing myself in the process. Somewhere between walkthru speed and all out.
