Back on track

The CrossFit gym in Vegas was closed all weekend for a competitor Cert.  Dennis and I drove over to Crossfit max effort. They don't post the wod so it's always a surprise.

Strong warmup

Back squats @245
Box Jumps @30inches

All good except lost focus in round of 12 and cracked my shin on the box.
