Left NEH at 6am and the drive went by rather quickly as I had conference call after conference call. Arrived home and continued the work grind until the 7:30 class.

I subbed a 2min Airdyne for the run
First 3 rounds I did 3 reps each side at 53 and then did 2 rounds each side at 70lbs and then last 2 rounds 1 rep each side. Good sweat.
