A bit tired from three days of not being able to sleep but I still woke up at 5:30am with plenty of time to get to class. Did the 1 mile run over which has proven to be a great warm up.
I have really liked the structure of the class:
- Mobility
- Warm-Up
- Strength
- WOD
Today was no different. We did a lot of great pose running drills. I still have so much work in that area to be more effective. The WOD was 5 rounds of
400m
5 Manmakers with Lunges
I chose 45lbs for my dumbells which was a terrible decision as I was absolutely crushed.
The OH lunges were very difficult.
