Homework #1
A) EMOM 7- 5 hang sqt cleans(135/95), 15 double unders, or 20 singles  If you miss a round drop your rep count to 4 and 10.
  For the life of me I couldn't swing the jump rope worth a damn.   Ended up missing a round and having to do 4 and 10.

 B) AMRAP 8- Row 250, 10 push presses(115/75), 10 GHD's.
