Warm Up -  Wall Balls, Burpees and Double Unders

A) Hang Squat Clean 3-3-2-2-1-1
Warm Up 45lbs (10), 95lbs (10), 135(3)
Go - 155(3), 165(3), 185(2), 190(2), 195(2), 200(1), 210(1)
Felt pretty good.  Form was good on most reps
 
 
B) 5 rounds for time 
5 Hang Squat Cleans @65% of A= 136.5
 5 Muscle Ups


Hangs we all unbroken except for last round- more a grip issue
MU - First 3 rounds unbroken, 4,1 and 3 &2 last two rounds

First muscle-ups since the games.  Slowed down by the bar outside and the rings inside
Total time = 12:36.
