Rushed & PR

Not a lot of sleep again last night.  Went to bed around midnight.  Not good at all.  Here are a few  snapshots from my Lark.  Clearly an area that needs improvement.

























1) Build to a 1RM Back Squat - unlimited time.  The challenge is that I didnt have unlimited time.  I had less than an hour to get this whole workout in.
 - Barbell - 25 (reps)
- 135lbs (5 reps)
- 185lbs (5 reps)
- 225lbs (5 reps)
- 275lbs (1)
- 295 (1)
- 305 (1)
- 315(1)
- 325 (1)
In order to get to the next part of the WOD I had to call it a day.  Would have liked to have gone to failure versus stopping where i was still moving the bar.  

rest 10mins - I had to cut this down to 5-6 minutes

2) 1 set AMRAP @85% of weight you did for 1
276lbs - 6 times.  I was hoping to get to 10 but didnt have anything left.
