High Rep

This looked like a good one.  Susie did it yesterday and she was wrecked.   They put a 15 minute cutoff on it and I thought why do that. In fact I even considered going to 135lbs on the Deadlift.  At the last minute I decided to go as programmed and not mess with it,  good thing too as it was brutal!

Had to break up everything.  After the WOD I practiced handstand and did some L holds.
