Power Cleans and C2B

Surprisingly I woke up extra early and was able to get a 4k row in before class.  It was good to drill the cleans.   My technique is average at best.


A) Power Cleans

Chest 2 Bars

It was good to go second and watch Dave work thru this one and even have some splits to work off of.
