My
business travel karma has been very good. Now I am only getting "Durochered" on family trips. In December they cancel our flights a day
before we are to leave. Today they cancel the 2nd leg because of
Lufthansa Pilot strike. So I rebook the 2nd leg on my own.
I get to the airport and they had cancel the first leg for some unknown reason. We get it sorted after much back and forth. Lufthansa saying its United's fault United saying its Lufthansa fault. My choice seats I had booked in November were of course gone. Damn pilot strike.
In the end we still made it to Requena just outside of Valencia and although cold and rainy it was pretty amazing.
