Grace
Got this text yesterday from Anthony - Hi. Join me and Steve tomorrow doing Grace at new gym. So that decides it that is what I was going to do once my early meeting was canceled.
Warm-up - 75 Burpees
Grace - 30 Clean and Jerks for time @135lbs
Went singles right from the start. I was 1 rep ahead of Anthony until rep 25. Great to try again.
