4 Rounds each of:
5 Toes to Bar
10 Power Clean, 135/95
15 Burpees
20 KBS, 1.5-pood/1-pood
15 Wall Balls, 20,14
3 minute rest per round when last athlete finishes
Round 1 - 2:51
Round 2 - 2:46
Round 3 - 2:52
Round 4- 3:44
This one totally kicked my ass. We had planned on doing 5 rounds but called it done 1 round short.
Went to hear Sara Callahan Donovan drill down on the Flexible Diet Macro calculations. Really good stuff. Looking forward to leaning out.
