Jarrod told me that I could change the double unders to 25 burpees so I could get my burpees in.   I was but thankful and very sad as the workout just got harder. 




Dinner at Via Matta. Hosted by Dave Orrico.  We were at the Chefs table in the kitchen. Very cool.
