Hotel Woding

Hotel gym left me with limited options today.

Strength Dumbell Front Squats
10 reps with 35lbs DB
10 reps with 40lbs DB
10 reps with 45lbs DB
10 reps with 50lbs DB

Annie 50-40-30-20-10
of Double Unders
Situps

7:21 - couldnt for the life of me get any rythym on the double unders



3 Rounds
15 Lunges with 45lbs plate
5 HSPU
15 Lunges wih 45lb plate
5 Pushups

I had planned on doing 5 rounds but i had to call off the dogs as my triceps and shoulders are still shot.
