Game Day WOD 3:
3 Rounds for Max Reps of:
1 minute Overhead Squats (95,65)
1 minute Burpees
1 minute Toes To Bar
Got up early to make the drive back to Dedham so I could meet Paul and Jack to do Game Day. Didnt have much of a breakfast and I was tired before I even started. When Jack warmed up he realized that he was pretty banged up and it was probably a bad idea to do this one so took a pass. So Paul and I decided to go head to head. That is always a good way to amp up the effort. Paul dusted me on the Burpees but I was able to make a few back on the Toes to Bar. Satisfied with my effort. I was completely spent by the 2nd round.

Shoulder issues so I changed it up a bit:

1 minute Back Squats (75% of bodyweight - 115)
1 minute Burpees
1 minute GHD Sit Ups
No rest in between rounds
Back Squats 24-15-15 = 54
Burpees 20-15-15 = 50
GHD Sit Ups 16-15-15 = 46
Total 54-50-46 = 150
