Row Series TT - 2K

After two days off I feel no more rested or recovered.  Unfortunately Row Series 2K TT submission is due tomorrow and I dont think waiting another day is going to change the outcome.  

Good warm-up with Kettlebells, bands and rower.   Now or never




Not a PR but I will take it considering the situation.  2k- 6:57.2
As much as it wrecked me I recovered fairly well and joined the addict class.
