Great first round then the rope climbs really killed me. Still managed a PR.
3 rounds plus (33+15+2) 50 reps. I just didnt want it badly enough to get 4 rounds.
2016 - 3 Rounds + (33+15+1) =49
2015
7:30 AM - Total Reps - 3 Rounds plus 48 reps
11:00am heat - Total Reps - 3 Rounds plus 49 reps
