Heavy Fran

Really??  Fran again?  I  don't usually do Fran but when I do it's heavy Fran.  Having decided that I will never ever do Fran again I am sticking to my strategy of just doing it heavy.


8:52 - I think that is a PR but will need to verify.

A1) 3 x 10 reps of Squat Therapy (banded knees, hands on wall, against pole, chain box squats, etc)
A2) 3 x 21s (bicep curls–2 below, 7 full reps, 7 above)
A3) 3 x 12 each, Russian Twists
*This is FRAN at 100%
