Classic WOD

A) 20 AMRAP
We have new Craicer who joined us for the first day today.
400 m Run
40- Air Squats
30- Situps
20- Pushups
10- Pullups

4 Rounds - was really hoping to get into the 5th round.  Just made it out the door for the start of 5th run when time expired.

B1) 10- Bicep Curls
B2) 10 each- KB Side Bends
x 3





Tonight the boys and I had tickets on the Green Monster to the Red Sox - Yankee game tonight !  The downside is that it was 44 degrees.
