 Our meeting got moved up so logistically it was not possible to go to the crossfit gym and get back and ready in time.  Huge bummer.
Warm up
Conrad Hotel Indy
1/2 mile run 

Stretch
Warm up with 30 & 40lb Dumbbells movements from below

Naptown wod from Mainsite WOD
5 rounds for time of:
9 Deadlifts
6 Hang Power Snatch
3 Overhead Squats
(135/95/65/45)
(95/75/55/35)

Since at hotel opted for 30lb Dumbbells
