Im still waking up on EST time which is fine since I can get a lot done. I have also been able to get in bed fairly early which means I am betting between 4-6 hours of sleep. Not great but not completely awful either.

Dumbell Snatches - 10 reps at 35, 45, 50
Then I dusted off an old travel WOD from April 2014. It crushed me then but I dont seem to have a time for it. Bummer.

100 squats
25 push-ups
100 sit-ups
Run 1 Mile
50 sit-ups
25 push-ups
50 squats
The running was way harder than it should have been. Total time 29:55
