A Look back

 I was looking through and old workout log book and stumbled across my first crossfit workout from back in 2006.   It reminds me that I had wished I had kept a better log or at least a log as good as I had for running and cycling.

10 Jump Cleans
10 Pass Throughs

Cash out: Run 400m

Still feeling the affects of Saturday and Sundays WOD.  Had to break up way too many of the Power Cleans.  Dips were fine.  My back is still a bit sore from all the weekend movements.
