New Year Day WOD

WOD: “2011″

11 burpees
11 box jumps 24″
11 knees to elbows
11 push ups
11 air squats
11 kb swings 70#
11 wall balls 20#
11 pull ups
11 double unders
11 thrusters 65#

This WOD was a great way to start the new year. Good size class and got a chance to battle it out. 11:39 Couldn't find my rhythm on the double unders for some reason. Lost time there.
