Burpeefit workout
Didnt want to just do Burpees so I incorporated them into the WOD
1000M Row - used it as my warmup
then 10 rounds
10 Burpee Box Jumps
5 Reverse Burpees
5 Burpee Pull-ups
5 Situps
10 Burpees
5 Situps
50:39
Plus 50 burpees
