Record Dumbell weights. Try to add weight each set
25bs, 35lbs, 40lbs, 45lbs, 50lbs, 50lbs, 50lbs 50lbs, 50lbs
Ran out of weights. So decided to go straight across.
50 pushups
Press 3 rounds
10reps @ 35bs
5reps @40lbs
5 reps @45lbs
